Photography started as something I simply loved doing. Somewhere along the way, it became something I wanted to build for real.

Velvet Ash has given me a place to create, push myself, and turn something I love into something that’s completely my own. But one of my favorite parts is knowing my kids get to watch it happen.

I want them to grow up seeing that the things you’re passionate about are worth chasing — even when you’re learning as you go.

They’ve gotten to watch Velvet Ash grow right alongside me, and that makes this whole journey mean so much more.
